  • Hygiene Coil Machine Cleaner is specially formulated for the sanitisation of coils & filters in air conditioning systems.
  • Non-corrosive formula, extending life of HVAC components. 
  • Air conditioner coil cleaner is safe to use on plastic piping (PVC), ceramics, chrome & brass. 
  • As it comes into contact with microbes & mould, on surfaces & in the air, the germ dies as it stops the bacteria from reproducing & it stops the mold from receiving oxygen, preventing growth & reproduction. 
  • Bottled as a concentrate, it must be mixed with purified water as per directions for use. 
  • The diluted solution is applied directly with a spray bottle or clean cloth. 
  • The Air conditioner coil cleaner formulation uses identical actives as the TGA listed Commercial Grade Disinfectant, proven to work against pathogens including SARS CoV-2 which is the virus that causes the disease Covid-19. 
  • Can be used as a component of compliance required by: AS/NZS 3666 Air-handling & Water Systems of Buildings - Microbial Control Parts 1 to 4.

Easy to use & fast acting

AC condenser and compressor coil cleaner is very easy to use and the results are long lasting. 

For optimal results, mix according to the specified ratios: 20 ml per liter of water for standard cleaning, or 100ml per liter for severe mould issues. Use the mixture within 24 hours for maximum effectiveness.
 

Where to use it?

SAN-AIR hygiene coil machine cleaner can be used in cleaning & sanitizing air conditioning systems & air handlers.
 

How to use

1. Turn the air conditioner off. 

2. Protect surfaces outside the unit using a cloth or plastic sheeting. 

3. Shake the bottle of ac coil cleaner well before opening. 

4. Add 20 ml/Litre of purified water into a cleaning applicator. 

5. For heavy mold contamination, increase concentration up to 100 ml/Litre of purified water. 

6. Apply product to cover coils & surfaces; allow to stand for up to 15 minutes. 

7. Rinse off with clean water. 

8. For extra protection, add 5 ml/Litre of purified water & spray surfaces lightly. 

9. Turn on the air conditioner.
